What is the return policy?
You may return unopened and unused items within 30 days for a refund. Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced at no extra cost—just contact us within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened food, used items, and personalized products cannot be returned. To start a return, simply reach out to our customer support with your order number.
When will I receive my order?
Orders placed before 23:59 are shipped the next day. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your package.
